c. 13 + 2.6 - 13 X 0.6

= 13 X ( 2.6 -0.6 )

= 13 X 2

d. 29 X 201 - 29

b= 14 * 3.5  +  6.5 * 14   = ( 3.5 + 6.5 ) * 14  = 10 * 14 = 140

c= 13 * 2.6  -  13 * 0.6  = ( 2.6  -  0.6 ) * 13 = 2 * 13 = 26

d= 29 * 201 - 29 = 29 *201 -29*1 = ( 201 - 1 ) * 29 = 200 * 29 = 5800
