Bonjour

On Monday, I don't go to school

I sleep all day long and it's cool

I don't want to get up

I am too young and I still have to grow up.

On Tuesday, I want to stay home again

I draw pimples with a red pen

I have "chicken-pox"

I really can't be on the starting blocks.

ou pour les 2 premières lignes ==>

On Tuesday, I feel like staying in bed

So I draw pimples and my face becomes all red

..........

On Wednesday, It's raining outside

I don't want to get  wet, I'd rather stay inside

On Wednesday it's raining dogs and cats  (= il tombe des cordes; expression)

But I have no rain hats (I don't have any rain hats)

I want neither chase after the neighbor's dog

Nor after a bull-frog

I don't want to be chased by the neighbor's dog

I seems too odd

On Thursday, I draw dark cirles under my eyes

I know I'm not wise  (I know this is all lies)

My parents ask me why I look so exhausted today

I tell them I overstudy  yesterday.

On Wednesday, I haven't reviewed still any lesson

I'm afraid, I'm gonna get an hour of detention

So this Monday, no way to go back to school

I'll pretend I have eaten a toadstool.

(ou pour la dernière phrase)

I'll pretend that's new home rule

I'll say it's my new golden rule

And it's not an April fool (et ce n'est pas un poisson d'avril)

voilà quelques idées. J'ai essayé de maintenit le présent comme demandé et de repecter les rimes (leurs sonorités ...)

Bonne rentrée
