( 4 x + 7)² - ( 4 x + 7 ) ( x - 5)
= ( 4 x + 7 ) ( 4 x + 7 - x + 5 )
= ( 4 x + 7 ) ( 3 x + 12 )

(4x+7)*- ( 4x +7)(x - 5)
=> ( 4x +7) ( 4x +7- x +5)
=> ( 4x+7) ( 3x + 12)
